I like your normal snarky style and your first few paragraphs made me think this was more of the same–you pleasantly surprised me with several very good points. Excellent piece that I’m glad you shared with us. Now I need to go practice my creative on mots before taking a well-deserved break so I can restore my creative juices for further bon mots that at least I think are funny–even if I’m the only one.

I absolutely agree with your first few comments. Sometimes while reading an artist’s description of how they created some work of art, I just want to tell them to shut up.
For myself, I know there is nothing mystical or magical about it. It’s hard work … mostly. But fun too.
I really appreciated all the points you made about being creative. They are very good points and I’ve been inspired to get back to work. Moving to a new state and city has taken a lot out of me, but lately, I’ve been feeling it’s time to get back in the saddle. So thanks for all that.
